Although we are best known for our expansive crystal warehouse in Tucson, we are developing ways for our customers to connect with us online.
As of May, 2024, we now offer routine, twice-a-week live sales on Instagram every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon starting at 4:00 p.m. MST.
LIVE SALE TERMS:
1. WHO CAN BUY: Whether you are a RETAIL or WHOLESALE customer, you must first register on our Contact Us page and complete the form.
ALL APPLICABLE TAXES APPLY UNLESS YOU PROVIDE A VALID STATE RESALE CERTIFICATE.
2. RESALE REQUIREMENTS: Wholesale customers must send us a copy of their valid resale certificate via Hello@ColombianQuartzUSA.com.
3. CLAIMS: All Live Sale items must be paid within 48-hours from the time of the invoice. Unpaid items will be forfeited and returned to inventory. If you abandon a cart without notice, you will be prohibited from claiming items at future Live Sales.
4. INVOICES / PAYMENTS: Invoices will be generated AFTER your items are packed so that we bill ACTUAL shipping costs. Upon receipt of your payment, we will immediately ship your items.
Payment option include:
-Major Credit Cards (we generate invoices directly from our credit card processing company). Customers will privately and securely enter their payment details to complete the transaction.
-Zelle
-Bank Wire Transfers
5. SHIPPING: We primarily use USPS and UPS shipping services and, unless otherwise directed by our customers, we select the most cost-effective options for your items.
PLEASE NOTE: we are VERY mindful of how we pack crystals for shipping which involves a LOT of padding. Please expect your box to be considerably larger than your specimen size.

Wholesale Flats for Sale
Each flat of material is identified by a Lot ID#. All available details are shared about the crystal varieties, total weight, special features, and localities (when possible).
If you are short on time, the video begins with a quick fly-over of the flat. Then, each specimen is shown in detail.
